Fee Structure

Dr Jannoun’s current self-funding fees are shown below. This fee structure isn’t exhaustive, but does cover all of the main fees. These fees are in line with UK Consultants in Sport and Exercise Medicine fees throughout London and the United Kingdom. Dr Jannoun is Fee assured with BUPA and most other health providers. Every insurer has a separate agreement with Dr Jannoun for consultation and procedure fees. Any problems with fees should be addressed before the consultation or taking up treatment. Any issues can be discussed with your insurance company and with Dr Jannoun’s relevant office.

Please remember that seeing a Private Physician creates a contract between you and a doctor. Private health insurance may reimburse you for all or part of the cost, but ultimately it is the patient who is responsible for any fees payable, according to the contractual arrangement with the doctor.

Patients who do not have health insurance or a Letter of Guarantee will need to provide credit card details to confirm their appointment. A £190 cancellation charge will be made if at least 24 hours of cancellation notice is not provided.

Out-Patient Appointment Fees

Initial Consultation (1 hour)-self pay fee: £310

Follow-up Consultation (maximum 30 minutes)-self pay fee: £200

Ultrasound – 1 Area: £368

Ultrasound – 2 Areas: £551

Ultrasound guided Injection Into Joint, Cyst, Bursa, or Soft Tissue: £683 (£1024 for two areas)

CT Guided Transforaminal Epidural (Nerve Block) – up to 2 Injections: £1234

X-ray (or CT Guided) Caudal Epidural / Lumbar Epidural: £1035

CT Guided Facet Joint Injection (Median Branch Blocks):

• up to 2 joints: £1061
• up to four joints: £1191
• up to 6 joints: £1260

Any combination of two different spinal injection procedures is calculated as the sum of 100% of the most expensive plus 50% of the least expensive procedure.

Shockwave Therapy – 3 Sessions Package: £998

Platelet Rich Plasma Injection (Ultrasound or X-ray/CT Guided – One Session): £630

Prolotherapy or the Limbs or Spine (Image Guided) – 3 Sessions Package: £877
